CPM were successfully appointed as managing agents of this building in April 2021. We have assisted the leaseholders in making applications to the Waking Watch Relief Fund and have been successful in receiving full funding for the installation of a new fire alarm system to the building.
We too have secured funding via the Building Safety Fund to cover remediation work required to the external wall.
