We expanded in 2020; moving our Headquarters to the Central Docks area, located on Liverpool’s historic waterfront.

Established in 2011, CPM has quick become one of the leading block managing agents in the Liverpool region. Our client base includes developers, freeholders, management companies as well as right to manage companies ranging in size. We pride ourselves in working with our clients in order to obtain a bespoke management package. Every building we manage is unique and we will make sure our management team will tailor their services to meet your specific needs, regardless of the size of the development.

We've struggled recently with an awful block management company who seriously neglected their responsibilities to the development and the directors - fast forward to appointing CPM as their replacements and the difference is beyond anything we could've ever expected. Sean and Emma from CPM have worked tirelessly in fixing a significant amount of legacy shortcomings and the block & leaseholders are seeing fruits from their labour. They managed the entire transition from the former provider to themselves and have been relentless in getting all the relevant documentation that the directors had been requesting (and ignored) for the past 2 years! They've been a much needed lifeline for the development and not only been fantastic in enhancing the normal day to day operations, but also have expedited and taken true ownership of legacy issues such as a roof replacement/lift maintenance, cladding review & surveys. They've managed to get the block back on track financially through rationalising our existing services, putting in place cost to save initiatives such as light sensors without failing to look out for our best interests in finding the most reasonable bids without compromising on quality. If anyone reading this are struggling with their current block managers, I'd highly recommend reaching out to CPM for an introduction, I can personally vouch it would be one of the best decisions you'll make.
